- New build per square foot, all in: $15.00 basic pad, $17.50 ASBA pad

## Court dimensions
- Pickleball: court 20 ft x 44 ft (6.10 m x 13.41 m). Playing area 30 x 60 ft minimum (1,800 sq ft), 34 x 64 ft preferred. Kitchen 7 ft from net. Net 36 in at sidelines, 34 in at center.
- Tennis: court 36 ft x 78 ft doubles, 27 ft x 78 ft singles. Standard pad 60 x 120 ft (7,200 sq ft). Net 3 ft at center, 3 ft 6 in at posts.
- Basketball: full court 94 x 50 ft (NBA, NCAA), 84 x 50 ft (high school). Half court 50 x 47 ft or 50 x 42 ft. Rim 10 ft. Free throw 15 ft from backboard.
- Four pickleball courts fit on one standard tennis court pad.
