Sport Court Cost Calculator (the "Site") is operated by Heat Vision Media LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Site and the estimator, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information you give us. When you complete the estimator we collect your name, phone number, email address, postal code, the details of your project (court type, size, new build or resurfacing, surface and add-on choices), the estimate we generate for you, and the consent choices you make.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use to keep the Site secure and working. The Site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and steps of the estimator people use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address and browser data under Google's privacy policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data for advertising.
We use your information to generate and deliver your estimate, to contact you about it, to connect you with court builders in our network who can quote and build your project, to prevent spam and abuse, and to improve the estimator.
Court builders in our network. The purpose of the Site is to connect you with a builder. When you submit the estimator, we share your contact information and project details with one or more court builders in our network so they can contact you by phone or email and prepare a quote. We may receive compensation from a builder when we make that connection. Under some state privacy laws this can be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time by contacting us, and we will stop sharing your information going forward.
Service providers. We use vendors to host the Site, store leads, and send messages on our behalf. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the successor.
If you check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Sport Court Cost Calculator, a Courtside OS service about your estimate. If you separately check the marketing box, you also agree to receive promotional texts from Sport Court Cost Calculator, a Courtside OS service. Consent is not a condition of getting an estimate or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. The consent you give us to text you stays with us. Text messages about your estimate come only from Sport Court Cost Calculator, a Courtside OS service.
Consent you give directly to a builder. When a builder serves your area, the form shows that builder by name and may offer a separate, optional checkbox to receive text messages from that builder. If you check it, you are giving your consent directly to that named builder, not to us, and their messages are governed by their own privacy policy. We pass that choice only to the builder named on the form, and we keep a record of what you agreed to.
By submitting the estimator, you agree that Sport Court Cost Calculator and the court builder matched to your project may call and email you about it at the number and address you provided, including with automated technology. When a builder serves your area, that builder is named on the form before you submit. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop calls or email from us, tell us and we will stop. To stop contact from a builder, tell that builder.
We keep estimator submissions for as long as needed to connect you with a builder and for our business records, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sharing it with builders. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we honor verified requests regardless of state. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
The Site is for adults planning a construction project. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do, and material changes will be noted on this page.
