These terms govern your use of Sport Court Cost Calculator (the "Site"), operated by Heat Vision Media LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting the estimator, you agree to them.
The Site provides cost information and a calculator that produces an estimated price range for building or resurfacing a sport court, and it connects people planning a project with court builders in our network.
Every figure on the Site, including the range the calculator gives you, is an approximation based on standard court sizes and baseline rates. It is not a bid, a quote, or an offer to perform work. Actual prices depend on site conditions, access, grading, local material and labor costs, permits, and the builder you hire. Only a written quote from a builder, after they have evaluated your site, reflects what your project will cost.
We do not build, resurface, or repair courts. Builders in our network are independent businesses. We do not employ or control them, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a builder. You are responsible for choosing a builder, confirming their license and insurance, and agreeing on scope, price, schedule, and warranty directly with them. We may be paid by builders for introductions.
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit the estimator only for a real project at a property you own or are authorized to act for. By submitting it you ask us to share your contact information and project details with court builders in our network so they can contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 to use the estimator.
By submitting the estimator you agree that we and the court builder matched to your project, named on the form where one serves your area, may call and email you about it, including with automated technology. Text messages are separate and always optional. If you opt in, Sport Court Cost Calculator, a Courtside OS service will text you about your estimate, and promotional messages only if you separately opt in to those. If the form offers a checkbox for a named builder and you check it, that consent is given directly to that builder. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how messaging data is handled.
Do not submit false information, scrape or overload the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
The Site's text, tables, and calculator are ours. You may quote figures from the Site with a link to the page as the source. You may not republish the Site wholesale or present our content as your own.
The Site and its estimates are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty about any builder's work, pricing, licensing, or conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a builder. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
